   Ok well I'm reluctant to give this review because It might mean this place gets busier and the prices could go up but I know that this is the right thing to do anyway. Where do I start? Ok well Katie is the boss at Appearence beauty and health and if you are lucky enough to get an appointment with her then you are in for a treat. Katie has a wealth of knowledge and life skills and also Is a registered nurse so she knows exactly what she is doing and you are in good hands. You might book in thinking you are just getting your nails done or some waxing or whatever but after going there you will see that you actually get a lot more than what you are paying for. It doesn't matter how you feel when you arrive, you will always feel good when you leave. Don't be afraid to tell Katie what's on your mind. She knows about confidentiality. She will listen while working on you and has great advice. She also does comedy and has some really funny stories and I believe she is a natural healer and just wants the best for everyone. I originally only saw Katie as a one off from a 1day sale but I regularly have seen her for maybe 3 years now. There is a reason why everyone loves Katie. You won't be disappointed.

   I have used ABH for some time now. Georgia is my nail technician and she is just the best. A professional job, nothing is a bother, always punctual and I so look forward to every treatment I have here. The other beauty therapists always greet me with a nice smile and a chat. Would totally recommend.

   Again I felt rushed. I got my eyebrows lifted, a wax and a manicure and this took all under one hour. After she would wax a spot I would bleed and she would carry on right on top of the bleeding spot with hot wax. I feel like they shouldn’t have this place open because they’re both rude but one just talks more than the other. They both just sat on their phones and no one apparently knows how to say hello when a customer walks in. Wish I had the courage to ask for my money back. Don’t waste your money or time.

   I’ve been to this clinic twice. Once for acrylics and once for waxing. Both times I felt very rushed. I was left with a lot of hair still after my wax and no after care was applied after ward nor did she clean the areas she waxed before hand. She went straight from Brazilian wax to eyebrow wax without changing her gloves. It was disgusting. When I had my nails done they were very thick and uneven, she didn’t file the acrylic at all after the application. The therapists are friendly but they definitely do not want to be there. It’s like they just want to get rid of you asap.

   I come here every month to do Brazilian waxing since I discover this clinique last December. I always book trough email, I know they are busy so sometimes they maybe not able to take the calls. The lady is fast and efficient and it's also lovely to chat with during the treatment. Competitive prices. Recommended!
