   I went in and selected a cladding product, The staff member was really good. When I asked the price we looked up the price and both of us missed that the only price we could see turned out to be for a sample. It wasn't until i came to pay did i pick up on this. Why would you have the main area where people go to check out the price and at the end of it put the price for a sample? It seemed to me to be misleading and i was pretty annoyed as I thought it was completely unneccasary to have the price of a sample instead of the actual price. Very poor practice i think.

   This is a TINY example of how our cladding was put up from new. The sales rep admitted it was an incorrect proceedure, and refused to provide that in writing, because that particular builder is a client and buys wood products from them. Sound fair? So What kind of lunatic would even consider buying from healthbased when that is this companies ethical standard. They don't even care if it leaks. Do yourself a favor, check reviews on Reddit. And buy from a place who gives a s*it

So much information about the product, shipping and how and where to use the Magnum Board. Such a smooth and simple process. Thanks to the Health Based Building team.    Shorted my order and would not supply the additional material. Took an hour and a half to pick up my order due to inexperienced fork lift driver. Product was nice but some pieces below grade, in addition to not supplying full order and making me pay for remainder. Since I did not measure 250 meters of board upon receipt I had no recourse. I see the owner of the business has responded with denials that I ever contacted them about the short order (I did contact them) and that I waited 90 minutes (I did wait that long). If they are unaware of these facts then it shows you how the business is run. If they are lying that shows something as well.
