   Worst place ever especially Since they have changed management. I had received a pizza and everything was wrong. My whole order. When I go in to get a replacement they verbally abused me. I felt so scared I had to contact police

   I am writing this review just because the same thing has happened with me so many times. Maybe this time management with take some strict action. I recently visited your Domino's to place an order. Unfortunately, I noticed that some staff members were using their personal phones during work hours, which affected the service quality. Even my pizzas were not cut properly as i noticed the person cutting pizza was using his phone and other staff member was talking loudly to someone over the phone and they didn't even noticed me standing on the counter. Been to other fast food places but haven't seen staff using their phone during working hours. I understand that occasional use might be necessary, but excessive phone use can impact customer experience and order accuracy.

   Worst pizza ever , WARNING DO NOT EAT FROM THIS PLACE , we ordered the large pizza (what we thought it's large) apparently we got a plate size pizza that I dont know how they charged us 20 dollars for it , it taste like a shoe and it is bad really really bad , I dont know if this place is awful or domino's is awful in this country, I do not recommend it at all

   Super expensive (1 Supreme crispy base with olives) at $39 for delivery. 20 minutes late, no apology, was their fault. Cheese waved over the top, barely there. My daughter pays just under that for 2 snack pizzas and sides from Hell pizza and the toppings are generous. Will not be wasting my money or time here again, pull your socks up Domino's Cambridge!

   Ordered from this particular branch 3 times now, wanted to give them a chance... The first time we ordered was in store, it was a Friday night and there was a 45 minute wait which was fair enough with it being Friday night and all, however after returning home with our food we noticed that our lava cake wasn't included with this order. It was busy after all and we didn't go back to ask for it and the rest of the food was good so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. The second time we ordered online and it came fairly quick however we ordered pepperoni puff rolls and got lava ones instead, this time we did ring up and ask for our correct order... The girl on the phone sounded quite unexperienced and when I said it was incorrect she said asked "so did you want us to send another one out?" I said "yes please" and then she said hesitated and said "OK bye", she just sounded like her customer service skills were a little non existent, I felt like it was probably her first job as she sounded very young on the phone so really I'm not complaining her conduct more the fact we never actually received said pepperoni puff rolls in the end anyways. This time our food came fast and all of it was here this time but unfortunately it all came under cooked, I happy to wait longer if it means my food is actually cooked... I think probably this is the last time I get pizza from this branch which is a shame because domino's have a really good Vegan menu.

   This is one of the best branches of Domino's. The pizzas are always fresh, crispy and hot and taste great. I haven't experienced undercooked/ cold/ soggy pizza here as I have with other pizza joints (you know who you are. Or maybe you don't. Anyway~ take notes). Generally the delivery is super fast within 10/15 minutes and the delivery people are really friendly and helpful. I should note that I am vegan and haven't experienced any chewy mixups with my order. They will look after your special food requests! I absolutely recommend this place and always look forward to treating myself to it.
