Gluten free French toast was delicious. Coffee was great, bought back a bag of coffee beans too!

A great find for breakfast. Scrambled eggs superbly cooked on a local sourdough with a side of freshly cooked bacon. Great coffee too. Selections looked scrumptious albeit I was after just eggs on toast & a coffee. Very busy from 0730 opening clearly having a constant stream of regulars for takeaways as well as tables inside & out filling up. Having had a lukewarm hotel buffet the previous day I was after a local experience from a smaller venue & was not disappointed.

Therapy CafΓ© is a gem I discovered while strolling along the Avon River on a clear and chilly morning, just beyond the lively Riverside Market. Tucked in the corner by the Hereford bridge, this cafΓ© was a perfect find to cure my morning caffeine drought. I ordered takeaway medium-sized flat white, made with Supreme coffee beans, and it was top notch. The milk temperature was perfect, the coffee bean was fresh and it was crafted in a timely manner. It wasn't the strongest coffee I've had, but it was definitely a brew that would be friendly to both seasoned coffee lovers and first-time drinkers. The cafΓ© was vibrant, with two entrances accessible from Hereford Street and Riverside. The view from the window seats is unbeatable, offering a delightful mix of city life and river scenery. The lovely Asian barista lady had such a delightful voice and sweet smile, which truly brightened my mood. The service was A1, and I left the shop with a great cup of coffee to enjoy. There's no reason not to give this place 5-star. :)

Iβm a regular of a takeway small oat flat white and appreciate the small size which is the perfect balance of coffee and milk. Finally got to brunch there - and the smashed avo was just unreal! Staff is also amazing and friendly, thanks guys :)

**Dining Experience** This little coffee shop offers a well-presented breakfast that stands out for its quality and flavor. The ingredients looked fresh and tasted fresh, adding to the overall enjoyment of the meal. The highlight is the unique, lemony sauce that adds a delightful twist to the dishes. **Service and Staff** The staff are friendly and welcoming, contributing to a positive and inviting atmosphere. Their attentive service enhances the dining experience. **Ambiance** The space is cozy, providing a comfortable setting for a relaxed meal. However, the toilets are a bit tricky to navigate and feel outdated, which could be improved to better match the overall charm of the shop. **Food and Pricing** The portion sizes are satisfactory, ensuring you leave feeling content. My favorite meal was the smashed avocado, although it might be considered a bit pricey given the ingredients used. **Overall Experience** Overall, this coffee shop provides a delightful breakfast experience with friendly service and fresh ingredients. While there are a few areas for improvement, such as the toilets and pricing, the unique flavors and cozy atmosphere make it a pleasant place to visit.

One of our favorite little spots for breakfast when we are in central city Christchurch. Our usual is eggs benedict and a flat white.

Excellent 'wonder woman' service. Scrumptious French toast although wasn't expecting the banana to be in the skin (maybe it's a thing? And it didn't detract). Generous pecan tart. Eggs Benedict was lovely but would have benefited from an extra slice of bread. Berry smoothie and oat milk cappuccino were lovely. Latte was nice but a bit small

Lovely little cafe in the heart of the city! The staff are super friendly and provide excellent customer service. The cafe has a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. There's a great selection of cabinet food and drinks to choose from. We tried the Matcha and Beetroot Lattes and they tasted just as beautiful as they look. Definitely recommended for your central coffee and lunch fix!

From outside it looks like a normal cafe with standard food, but after you get your order you will be surprised by how exquisite the food is! We ordered from the breakfast menu, and each of the dish tastes delish! The quality of salmon, the toast and even the hash browns ate above average! Not to mention you can get a peek view of the classic tram from the cozy space. Oh and the muffin is so moisture and soft , full of the smell of raspberries in a bite. Iβll definitely visit again!
