   Has $ 20 on window normal haircuts charged me $25 not happy when rang and quiered didnt give me proper answer no signage that haircut gone up Have been coming for 2 plus years disappointing as they are good barbers

   Went to this place thinking itbwas a barber's. Came out feeling it was a butchers, cut the back of my neck and when i asked i was told "its fine, its just a new blade". Came home to find this out for myself. Photos attached

   Terrible hair cut, asked for a skin fade with a comb over and it’s bowl cut. Our Son is very embarrassed about his haircut and won’t be returning to school until it’s fixed elsewhere. Waste of time and money

   Such a waste of time, please be aware of the keratin treatment they offer with a low price but never at all upto mark it’s not at all keratin and even I had a hair cut which made me paid 35 dollars and I felt it’s waste of money. The girl was very unprofessional and I didn’t realize it would be so worst service from them. I thought I would get good job done with a low price as I am new here in CHCH from Nelson though but actually it’s a lot stress. I am in vivo now after their worst service in NZ from this pal beauty n barber or whatever to compensate myself and uplift my mood

   I been to this place for my hair colouring and the lady called Rosabel was supposed to attend me at 11:10 appointment, but she didn’t turn up till 12. She was saying some blame excuses and I ended up with doing nothing there☹️. Worst experience ever!! Without having trained staffs taking more appointments and simply she ended up in wasting people time. Not professional..Won’t recommend this shop to anyone! As an employee or an owner point of you, you may can justify saying anything to reply for this post. But as a customer it’s 101% disappointment. I live in Nz for more than 10 years now and been to so many saloons, but this type of customer service is first time experience.!!!!! Better change yourself rather than justifying your fault could be better for your future!!

   I liked this place the last time my partner got his haircut done. it was just trimming but the barber did a good job and was super friendly. This time our experience was horrible. The new guy didn't know what he was doing. He may be is good with simple cuts but hair length as my partner's (his hair are a bit longer than ear length) and a stylish cut, the barber just ruined it. When my partner pointed out some extra hair, this guy got so panicked he clipped quiet alot of hair and ruined his style. I will never recommend anyone to waste their time and money by going to this place for a stylish hair style.
