Always a fabulous experience at Fredrick Jones. Tracy has been cutting my hair literally for longer than I can remember and always doesn’t an awesome job. 11/10 would recommend.

Tracey has been my hairdresser of choice for the last 17 years - she is excellent - always on time with appointments - professional, easy to chat to, a meticulous stylist - there is no one else I would trust to cut my hair - if she moved cities - I'd travel to her for my appointments - once you find the perfect stylist it is a relationship for life - thanks Trace!!!!:)

The phone manner and attitude I received was beyond inappropriate. I work in a well respected industry where an understanding and warm customer service/ phone manner is number one in keeping relations and business. I will be looking for a new salon to spend my $.

Recently moved back to NZ and tried Frederick Jones - brilliant. Spoke with Tracy who made time to book me in. Friendly, bubbly and love the cut. I've always been a little nervous going to a new hairdresser... you never quite know what the end result will be. Happy with the whole experience... thank you Tracy!
Been in chch for 15years and not once have I found the right hairdresser until yesterday. I was unsure what I wanted, within a few minutes chatting to Tracey...it was sorted. Best damn experience..and just down the road from where I live, bloody brilliant. I can finally say I found the Perfect hairdresser
A true professional and amazing colourist - I love how Tracey understands what I need/want even when I cannot always describe exactly. Love my colour and also styling tips. 10 out of 10!
