   I haven’t had my hair done professionally in a long time and I recently went to headrush feeling quite nervous to trust someone new, I came in for a cut and colour & the team at headrush Sydenham were incredible. My hair is quite long& thick so it was abit of a team effort, but Sarah, Tyler & Sean were all incredibly friendly, skilled & fun to be around. I left feeling thoroughly pampered with amazing hair and I will definitely be back xx

   I came into Head Rush Hair Salon with extremely damaged hair and a chemical burn from a previous hairdresser, feeling anxious and unsure if it could be fixed. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel comfortable, relaxed, and, most importantly confident in the outcome. The level of care and attention I received was absolutely world-class.Tyler and Krystal went above and beyond. Not only did they absolutely nail my blonde (it’s never looked better!), but they also created a tailored recovery plan to restore my hair’s health. Their knowledge, professionalism, and genuine passion for what they do were so reassuring, there’s now no way I’d ever trust anyone else with my hair.I can’t speak highly enough of their service, their skill, and how incredible my hair looks and feels. If you’re looking for a salon that truly cares and delivers amazing results, Head Rush is the one.

   I’ve been going to Head Rush for years now, and they’ve never let me down. The service I receive by Krystal is consistently excellent — she really knows what she is doing and always takes the time to get it just right which is a credit to Tammy, the owner for training and teaching her staff amazingly. Not only do all the girls working for Head Rush deliver top-quality results, but the prices are also great for the level of care and professionalism you get. The atmosphere is another big reason I keep coming back. It’s always welcoming, relaxed, and full of good vibes. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly, and skilled team of hairdressers!

   Kateland is a fantastic stylist. I use to always carry a hat in my bag when seeing hair dressers in the passed, because they always seem to struggle with cutting curly hair well.    I was here today and not only does my hair look absolute gorgeous now, but I had an amazing time with Krystal! The consultation I got in the beginning was really helpful and the colors Krystal picked were a perfect match for my hair. Krystal was an absolute doll and answered all of my many questions with knowledge and patience, you could tell she knows exactly what she is doing. She was so enthusiastic about my hair that it was just a pleasure to sit there, relax and getting my hair done professionally. I would highly recommend to get your hair done here, especially with Krystal! Everyone keeps telling me how amazing my hair looks and I can say with confidence, it really does! Thank you heaps, Krystal, and if I come back to Christchurch you will see me again!

   Absolutely loved going to Krystal, she has always been very passionate about hairdressing and it shows in her work. Such a lovely hairdresser to have. Loved the environment too its a really nice salon they use great products, its in a central location with parking around the back. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I must also mention Jamie is a delight to meet full of personality and has great taste in music

   I'm a brunette who loves being blonde and Amber is always spot on with the tone and knows exactly what I want. I've only been four times but I know Amber will be my go-to colourist for the foreseeable future (and I never commit to anything so that's a major). Always come out feeling super fresh and pampered. I don't have to throw down mega $$$ like some other salons either.
