   Really great service. I visited for the first time while here on holiday. Welcoming staff, with great communication. Pinder did my browns and henna and did step by step checking if I liked the shape and then showing me the henna just after applciation to again check if I liked the shape. And to top it off, an unexpected very relaxing head massage while I waited for the tint to do its thing. This wasnt my first brow or henna experience but definately the best. Already booked a voucher to go back.

   I recently had a Brow Lamination and Lash Lift at this salon, and I’m beyond thrilled with the transformation!    I have been to this place twice now and have had two facials as well as my brows threaded and tinted. I’ve had a great experience they are very kind and respectful best facial I’ve had in a very long time. They also give you gorgeous massages with a lot of their facials. I did find that you need to be very clear about what your expectations are. The first time I went I was very open to recommendations and they did a great job, the second time I was more firm on what I wanted to achieve and they were happy to accommodate as well. If you are clear and go in knowing you are gonna be in the mall so it may be a little noisy you will have a great time.

   I've been here multiple times and always have had a wonderful experience! The customer service is excellent there helpful, accommodating and overall friendly. The quality of service is chefs kiss. The ambiance is amazing. I would definitely recommend getting lash extensions here! I've had them done 4 times and they always exceed my expectations. The eyebrow threading is great too! I've had bad experience from previous salons hacking too much at my eyebrows, but the staff map your eyebrow shape to match your face and actually take the time to perfect them! As a first timer getting a Brazilian Wax the staff were so professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Overall I highly recommend coming here! because it's all high quality and for such reasonable prices too!

   Originally my first experience lash extensions with bindu was not good, after a review which has been removed they called and offered to fix my painful lashes. I went back into them today and the experience could not have been more different.. this new technician was methodical and gentle. Before I knew it my lashes were completely fixed and finished. It doesn’t feel like I have any lash extensions on. Will happily go back to Bindu for lashes. Would also recommend Bindu for their customer service

   Came into today, got brows tint and shape. The shop is beautiful and set up well, very clean with gorgeous fixtures, colors and the music was relaxing. My brow tecninician mapped my brows, tinted and shaped them with meticulous care and thought. She did not leave me and constantly checked on the tint progress. She explained the process thoroughly to ensure I understood each step. While waiting for tint to curate, I got a complimentary head massage! It was beautiful and best place I've been to in Hamilton for such service I will come back from now on. Thank you for you kind, thoughtful service.
