   Relaxing facial was top notch. Included was shoulder, face and scalp massage. Loved the selection of creams used and the massages were a really good pressure and amazing. The whole service was faultless. This had been a birthday gift. I booked in again I enjoyed it so much.

   Must avoid if you are looking for a proper massage. The masseur had no real technique – they simply poured excessive oil and slid their arm across my body without applying pressure or addressing any actual problem areas. I went specifically for neck and shoulder pain, but these were completely ignored. After a full hour, my body was drenched in oil that was never wiped off. I had to rush home for a shower, and even then my feet remained slippery. None of my issues were relieved, and the session felt like a complete waste of time and $100. I cannot comment on their other services, but if you are considering this place for massage, trust me – save your money and go elsewhere for a proper Thai or Chinese massage. You have been warned.

   Great experience for my first ever pedicure, staff was friendly and welcoming I’m also very pleased with the results; but if I were to give some constructive feedback: - When I first walked into the room there was no obvious out of the way place for me to put my things other than the floor or the work bench/storage, I tried to put my things out of the way but when I collected my purse, the strap was jammed in a drawer, so a small side table would’ve been nice. - When going to get my purse, to get my phone while I waited for the nail polish to dry, I noticed that the floor was a bit dusty and there were hairs, to be fair this was directly in front of the work station/bench so it makes sense that it would get a bit dusty, wasn’t very pleasant to walk on though. - The basin at the start of the pedicure, used for the foot bath, a large round hammered copper bowl, was nice in the fact that I knew the water was fresh and that it would be more hygienic than traditional pedicure foot basins that are typically breeding grounds, my one nitpick is that, during the bath my toes ended up pressed against the wall of the bowl, my guess is because my calves were also washed and it prevented water splashing onto the floor. - Lastly some more greenery/ artwork in the room would’ve been nice, as I just had a advert poster to look at; but I’m thinking most people have their eyes closed for the majority so don’t notice. Overall a pleasant experience and when I have more free time I will likely go again.

   It was my first time at Exquisite, my 4 children brought me a voucher for a xmas present. I felt very cared for and pampered. Loved every minute of my experience from the time I walked in and when I left. Some wonderful small gestures, mints, water, hersey kisses at the end. Leeyha was amazing too, great massage
