   I had a good experience at Vinnies today. The lady at the checkout was lovely and helpful. I also like how many of the pillowcases, tablecloths, and linens are neatly packed in clear plastic—either individually or as a set—which makes the shelves look less cluttered. It’s also great that the size and dimensions are noted on each package, very helpful when choosing items. One of the things I like about this store is that the books section is in a separate room—it makes browsing so much better.

   I was so dissapointed that I had to write a review, the 2 older ladies in there were super rude they were ranting about theft issues in front of everyone, and as a customer was leaving the stall one of the shop ladies called out to him as he had another item they thought he hadnt paid for, only to be told that he purchased it else where. I then go and ask a question about an item and one of the ladies answered so rudely. There was also free bread buns there which I wanted to take but the vibe wasnt welcoming at all so I didnt feel comfortable taking any. Im not the only one who thought that was a terrible experience in there. They definately need to step down and get new people in.

   Really disappointed in my last visit. My 3 year old son and I love this shop and the two older ladies are always so friendly but unfortunately this visit a younger brown haired lady with glasses hovered around my son, picking up the toys as he was trying to look, stepping over him, throwing filthy looks around and just being extremely rude. She also took his toy skateboard he bought in with him and tried selling it on the shelf. I supervised him the entire visit and then as soon as I walked around the corner she started growling at my 3 YEAR OLD for touching a Swiss ball that was in the toy area when we arrived! After this I put all items back and refused to buy a thing. I work in customer service myself and This sort of conduct from a staff member is absolutely not tolerated!
