Bread making classes are great! Just got home from a sourdough bread making class we took for a birthday. Henri shared his tips for kneading the dough, mixing proportions, and the right conditions for bread to rise. We baked the bread we made in Henri's wood fired oven, and came home with a bag full of baguettes, knot rolls and loaves of wonderful organic sourdough bread. Was a great experience with Henri and Megan who allowed us to bring our family along to make it a great family outing. Had a fantastic time even though it was humid and raining. His bread making classes are highly recommended for anyone visiting or living in Katikati!
