   Our dog, Winnie, has been going to Grange Spa Tauranga regularly for 3 years and she just loves it! It's her favourite place to be and she's always in a great mood when she comes home. All the staff are clearly true dog-lovers, and they know each one's individual quirks! We highly recommend Grange Spa if you're looking for entertainment and socialisation for your dog.    Lulu has gone to grange spa for day care, boarding and grooming for approx 5 years. She can be quite anxious. I trust the team to let me know if there are any issues and they will give her some quiet time too if needed. The socialisation for her has been important , and she knows not to rush or bark at dogs when we are out in public . I also trust that they manage and watch the dogs carefully when they put them in there together . Lulu enjoys going in which is all the reassurance I need . They have a really good team who are experienced and know the dogs well . Im happy to give a 5 star review to this great business

   My pooch is always lovingly greeted, and she is beyond excited to get through the doors! The staff are friendly, helpful and often give me updates on how my pooch's day went. The effort they put into make it a fun experience for the dogs and their owners is really special. I love the Christmas 'secret Santa' they do for the doggos!

   Great Service and communication from the Team. Price was very reasonable - bath and tidy with trim was from $96 for our hunky chunky golden retriever. Julia was amazing with her care and expertise. I am sure our fur baby enjoyed his day out at Grange Spa. We will be sure to come back again for another service. Awesome work, Team!

   Fantastic fun and clean environment for the dogs, but I think they should use the same trainer for all assessment visits. Glowing report 1st visit…(very proud parents), then had to pick him up early 2nd visit as apparently he was too excited and wouldn’t settle, and he’s not allowed back until he had a very expensive dog training course. Maybe consistency by having the same trainer when in a new exciting environment may of helped, and not given a brochure for expensive dog obedience class when’s he’s actually well behaved. When we picked him up he was extremely subdued for at least 2 days.

   Today was our first day and I was beyond impressed with the kindness, patience and professionalism that the team demonstrate. My dog had only had one other doggy daycare experience and he literally came home traumatized and took almost a full week to bounce back to himself. Well we have gotten home and he is happy as Larry and even though they took great care to not over do it with him (he's a bit precious) he still some how came back pooped.(good thing )Thank you so much guys I am so pleased to have found you and cannot wait to see how Obi goes in the next few months.

   The experience here has been amazing! First the staff who are all kind caring and super loving to your fur baby! I get photo updates of how her day is going. But the best tell is she always leaves with her tail wagging and absolutely shattered from all the fun she has had. The pool seems to be her favorite spot!! Recently Lux had an over night stay and again photo updates. They even offer amazing extra to keep your pup entertained from chew toys to kongs filled with peanut butter. Super glad I found this place as both Lux and I love it!
