Best place to shop for yourself and your love ones. Love their customer service, welcoming and friendly, was able to resolve an issue I had. I highly recommend this store online and in-store, great service and great deals!
Where do we start? The team took on a repair of my wife's ring after a major jeweller walked out on helping us. Mike stepped up and accepted a massive challenge to try save it. Sally and the rest of the in-store team kept us updated and eventually we came away with the “unfixable” ring looking outstanding. I was so happy to see my wife’s happy tears after the reveal. Thanks is not enough for what the team has done. Our ONLY jewellers moving forward.
Such lovely service from Milly she was so patient and kind! My best friend had issues with her engagement ring and past places we have been to had made fixing it seem hopeless and hard but milly went out of her way to listen and reassure and let us know the pricing and process that would take place with a kind smile :) it seemed like she genuinely cared and that makes all the difference !! Will be making the 1 hour drive to come here again for all jewelry needs because of her service!

Thank you to the amazing team at Precious Metals. I bought a Stolen Girlfriend Club necklace here which was sold out everywhere else and unfortunately it broke due the the chain being faulty. I sent the necklace back to them and they sent it back to the merchant to be repaired and then sent it back down to me (even included a chocolate). The team went above and beyond here to ensure my necklace was fixed - thank you so much I have had a great experience with you and will definitely be shopping with you again.
I contacted Michael after I lost a diamond from my engagement ring, he had done some work on the ring 10 years prior and still had an image and information on file that helped to ensure my insurance company had all the information they needed so the replacement stone was the same specifications and quality. Michael offered to do the work as I could choose to whom did the repair once my claim was settled; my insurance company had not disclosed this to me. The finished repair (actually a re-build) is absolutely perfect, he provided a detailed valuation and paperwork to support. Michael’s wealth of knowledge, communication and very high attention to detail has made my journey so much easier. Helen

Amazing service from the friendly, bubbly staff at Precious Metals & Diamonds Centre Place. I was browsing the Karen Walker and Stolen Girlfriend range for a birthday gift before Rachael assisted me. She was so helpful, she asked me questions about the birthday girl, made suggestions and tried on jewellery so I could see the different lengths of the necklaces. I purchased a Karen Walker Runaway Girl Necklace, gift wrapping was included and the birthday girl absolutely loved it! Great experience overall. I will definitely be back again.
