Midas worked with my now fiancé to create my custom engagement ring using diamonds from my mothers original ring set. What they came up with was phenomenal and I absolutely love my ring. The staff are extremely helpful and the jeweller is incredible at his job. We have come in multiple times since and they are happy to clean my ring and even other jewellery while we chat and have helped us with selecting our wedding bands too. Couldn’t recommend them enough. I get complimented on my ring everyday and it is so special and sentimental to me. Thank you Midas!
The jeweller himself may be wonderful - sadly we never found out. The lady on the front desk is one of the rudest people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I took my engagement ring and wedding band in to be resized and repaired - we did not return here to get the work done purely based on her appalling customer service. I would highly recommend going to Goldsmiths Gallery on Victoria Street instead - they're lovely!
Had repairs completed and valuation for insurance purposes. While it took a while, I am very happy with the work done and recommend the quality. Delighted to be able to wear repaired jewellery again! Friendly, helpful staff.
