   I came into the store asking for advice in regards to fish. The lady with the tattoos helped me and she was very informative, I learnt a lot about properly setting up a tank to meet the needs of the fish. She was very lovely and I will definitely be coming back

   Went in on Black Friday sale and got lots goodies for cat and dog, however it will be great if there are more assistance around. I was holding the dog on a leash and I bought so many cans and put them organised in the trolley so makes checkouts easier, a cat scratching board and 2 boxes of cat litter etc. After checkout when walking out the door I realise how am I gonna put those in my car without flipping, so I went back and asking for a box which this lovely lady helped me get one, and I put all the cans in it while holding the dog leash handle in between my legs. I don't want to make it sounds like I am picky, but it will be great if any of the team member could help a bit or offer to help. Yes there are other customers but also have lots of teams around. As an adults I am capable of doing this all by myself, and I have done customer service job before, so I think if someone is elder or clearly needs a help, won't hurt to offer some help.

   I have always shopped here in the past. Never again !!! Advertise 4 comet fish for $32. However only had 3 in the tank which would cost me nearly $60 for 3. Would not sell me 3 for $32. Nor would they give me 3 today and the fourth when they get more in. Pretty rubbish service from staff with no offer of any sort of fair resolution to provide what they are advertising. If they cannot honour what they are advertising then it shouldn’t be advertised. Not legal at all !

   I recently went in to get advice about fish, and I have to say I encountered the rudest and most obnoxious person while there. It was absolutely disgusting, and I will never return! This staff member immediately jumped to conclusions about what I had at home and didn't give me the chance to explain. I would have happily considered upgrading the size or changing the type of fish, but her attitude was overwhelmingly negative. Fortunately, I later went to Animates, where I received the right advice in a friendly and kind environment. They were willing to listen and help without any unpleasant attitude!

   By far the WORST experience and service I’ve ever had!!!! Placed an online order for dog food, dog supplement and treats 7 days ago that was supposed be sent from this store. This is my second time following up the order, which I’ve just been told has still not even been sent out yet!!!! My dog ran out of food 3 days ago! And you still can’t tell me when I might receive it! Forcing me to do a 2 hour drive from the country. Not good enough!

   Just used the dog wash and what a great set up. Helpful staff for instructions. Clean facilities - fresh towels supplied to dry your dog if not keen on the dryer. I was able to bring my own shampoo/conditioner for sensitive dog, but everything is provided for you regardless - even a flea wash I saw.

   Forgot our pups biscuits for the weekend and had to pop in to get some. Incredible staff, friendly and welcoming! Our dog zucchini had the best time and was showered with affection and some delicious treats ❤️
