A massive shout out to Ruby from the Tauriko Animates team for cutting our dog Riris nails! Our beautiful rescue girl absolutely hates getting her nails done and it has been a mission trying to get them done. We are so grateful, the whole team at Animates Tauriko are always so kind and loving to our girl, it's always nice to go in for a shop and a bath :)

Awesomely Friendly staff. Nice big bright store. Well laid out. Best store in Tauranga. Huge range of products. Can get some really great bargains especially when they have their specials on. Use the dog wash instead of your home tub or shower.

Service was fantastic, but was disappointed to see a 15% VAT on my receipt on a public holiday - as this is retail I wouldn't have expected this so would have been good to be told at the counter.
Wonderful staff and amazing deal with the dog wash yearly membership. They are also really patient with clipping nervous doggies nails :)
