   First time I have had it. We found the service and quality was really good, loved the options on the menu. Was a little bit pricier than the likes of BK or McDonalds, we spent $100 for a family of four for a combo each and then a dessert each. The only reason I have scored a 4 instead of a 5 was because the toilets were not in great shape, toilet seat broken, no toilet paper in 1 of the cubicals, all in need of a clean. Drink machine was a little bit messy. All concerns were raised with management for their knowledge.

   Taco Bell doesn’t even deserve a star!!! My boyfriend had a beef burrito and cinnamon sugar churros. 3 hours later he was violently sick from 7pm to 3:30am. The churros were raw and tasted like raw batter. The beef burrito was just disguised with sauce, cheese and rice. He said it was super greasy and overall bad. He is still experiencing stomach ache and nausea. So we definitely will not be going back!!! Definitely food poisoning!!!

   Hi there, I hope this finds you well. tonight i thought i would have a nice takeaway dinner and i opted for taco bell. Usually i have a nice experience here however to my surprise i was greeted poorly by a young man with the name ‘James’. James appeared to have a horrible attitude as soon as entered the store, i was sitting there waiting for my food and i heard the lady packing orders hand james the order with my number. He didn’t call it out so i went and asked for it and it was shoved into my hands. i understand people have bad days but for someone working in the hospitality industry this is unacceptable. i felt like i was annoying and didn’t feel accepted at the time of my dining. i hope james can learn from his actions and make customers feel more welcome.

   I had an absolutely horrible experience at Taco Bell Bush Inn with my partner. I was waiting for my order, only to find out the staff member who I believe was named James. had hidden my food around the corner where I couldn’t see it. When I went up to grab my partner’s order, my food was forced into my hands with anger. When I asked where my order had been, James said he’d called it out 20 minutes ago yet I was standing there the whole time. His attitude was appalling, with a foul look on his face while serving multiple customers. Completely unprofessional, zero customer service skills, and a miserable dining experience from start to finish.

   The portions are small for the price but the food tastes very good, especially the crunchwrap supreme. There’s a decent amount of seating inside but the tables and chairs are often quite dirty from not being cleaned after each customer.

   I am a big Taco Bell fan from trying it in California but this branch I do not like very much. The seats near the door are drafty . I would prefer doors that swing in that location. But my rating only reflects the service. The manager in particular is a grump to her staff and to the customers. She argued with me when I complained about my order. Food was acceptable. The seating layout I find a bit awkward. It is a bit better in the Eastgate location.

   We ordered the crunchy chicken tacos but were given soft crispy tacos as I went to return the tacos. The guy at the front counter said they don’t do crunchy chicken tacos but we came last time and had crunchy chicken tacos and had no problem. Me and my partner we both are celiac but the guy at the counter refused and was super rude for no reason. Mate it doesn’t cost a penny to be kind.

   This was our first experience of Taco Bell and it was very average. The restaurant seating area was very messy with food in the floor, chairs and tables. The staff were behind the counter chatting loudly but did not appear to be working. The size of the crunchy tacos were much smaller than expected. In fact there was no way to judge the size of any of the items on the board. It wasn’t terrible food but I wouldn’t rush to have it again. It’s a “meh” from me.

   Food what you would expect. Service was poor... put order in the self service screen. I thought... looks like a quiet night this shouldn't take too long... Then waited for my order... I eventually got the order and the staff member pushed my order amd empty cups towards me and pointed toward the drinks. No "hey here's your order... you can fill up your drinks here" I had to pick someone up so I drove across town only to find they got the order wrong... and I was missing half my order. I paid more than $20 for my meal and got about $11 of it... Ripped off.
