Very good Chinese takeouts with generous portions. Been going there for about 30 years. Worth the drive. Recommended
Orders fish and chips before they close the store. The taste was ok, but the colour of the chips and fish was bit strange made me think whether they change the oil frequently or not. I am not sure if I want to come back again.
Amazing food. Such great prices. And, fantastic customer service. Very very hardworking couple and served me even though I came in bang on when they closed. Food was really fast and delicious.
Finally tried 2 lunch dishes today after recommendation by a friend and did not disappoint. Had the combination fried noodles, it was filled with BBQ Pork, Beef, Chicken (all so tender) with that wok fire taste. Sweet Sour Pork was also very tasty! Our new favourite now when we're out that way ❤️
Ordered combination egg foo young. Egg was not cooked. The beef has a funny tasty. The carrots an peas are still hard so not cooked probably Very disappointing
Have been here several times and have been alright. Ordered sweet and sour chicken. Got home and realised we had custard powder in our chicken so tasted disgusting. Went back to say we think the food was not right. Person said that we did not know what we were talking about and showed me some chicken. I said that is fine but we will never go back. Terrible customer service!!.
The worst experience in Chch ever! We tried to explain we wanted fish but no chips, we asked what else could we have and since he won’t understand, he just started yelling at us. Horrible customer service, not nice at all.
Waited 47 minutes for a single fried rice dish. When they discovered they had lost the docket they all had a great laugh, I didn't find it so funny. I don't think they noticed that I had actually ordered the meal much earlier, before coming back in to wait. They put extra food in the meal at least.
Combination fried rice was pretty good, tho with a bit of wok tang to it. The chicken they use is that weird reconstituted processed stuff that is kinda rubbery and fakey but juicy and the flavours were good. Also their veges are mostly fresh and yummy. . But the sweet and sour pork was quite strange. Had almost an instant pudding flavour. Not necessarily pleasant.
