   Guttered. This used to be our go-to pizza place every week. Past 3 orders have all been wrong. It's difficult when you have people who can't eat certain foods. We can't be bothered driving all the way back anymore.. We won't be coming back, this is getting beyond ridiculous to keep making wrong orders. FYI The door really needs a clean.

   Ordered online 2 maybe 3 weeks prior to the day of picking up pizzas. Arrived about 15minites early as pick up was at 5 .30pm when get to counter to pay I then get told I cannot pay until orders ready to which it was no where near ready nor started on being ready or cooked. At that point I was fuming ready to cuss everyone out, this dominos is lucky that I kept cool as order was for kids birthday party and that I patiently waited till past pick up time for order.

   Beef and Bacon burger pizza came without pickles despite the online photo and the ingredients list stating they were still a part of the pizza. When I called the store the lady that answered told me “they weren’t a part of that pizza anymore” despite the menu not having been updated. Not good enough.

   Ordered the cookie dough stuffed cinnamon bread, 8 pieces (I ate 2 before pic). Box was a decent size so I expected the portions to be good, but instead they were tiny. Taste nice, but not worth the money ($8.50).

   Pizza arrived warm 30 minutes after ordering and paying extra for the 20 minute guarantee. I live 900M from the local store so the voucher for late delivery suggesting that Domino's value their drivers safety and don't want them to speed, they could walk here and deliver hotter pizza.

   We went on the day of the fireworks celebration and it was very good and quick, even though it was busy. The workers also laughed and helped us on a stressful day. Well done

   Honestly the pizzas were good and that is why we continued to order from here. While my entire family was down with Covid, my wife had ordered pizza and instructed them to leave it at the door. The guy had dropped x2 out of x3 pizzas on the floor and one of them had dropped out of the box. He had gathered the dirty pizza back and put back in the box and left it as it was. Found the 2nd one rolled up inside the box like a garlic bread. When we check the CCTV footage, the guy seemed running while wiping his hands on his pants. Called the store and they gave us store credit - will not order from them again anyway.

   Had this delicious pizza, it's always great to have it from this store. I just travel 15 mintues to buy pizza from here. Pineapple and chicken on the top. The front guy Garry is really awesome and a friendly man. Always deal with a smile on his face even during the busy hours. Keep up the good work Garry and rest of the team.

   Not the best experience. 2nd time around have had a hassle with the store. Wouldn’t say the store staff. But the driver. Driver delivered the pizza at 7:59pm the actual delivery was meant to be 7:38pm but the driver had to make a delivery along the way, which is cool. However, the first delivery seemed to take 20mins (the tracker on their website said the driver was at the first delivery… after refreshing the pages a few times… it showed he was there at the first delivery.. didn’t pay no mind as I know website gets a bit glitchy) The driver got to my address, contact less delivery. As I requested it. - but the driver knocked on the door, didn’t wait for us to open the door and quickly left. Once we opened the pizza boxes, the supreme pizza was a full pizza and the other two pizzas… weren’t. There were 4 other slices missing from the two pizzas. - quickly called the store, who advised that the pizzas left the store as full pizzas. The store person contacted the driver.. and the driver said, no I delivered full pizzas. - this is a lie I told the store person, no… he has just delivered the pizza and now I’m calling you. I said, we have received two pizzas that are missing four other slices. The driver turned up to the store and the store person asks the driver again… and the driver said.. no I delivered full pizzas. I said, no that is not true. While the store staff gave us store credit that won’t use as we don’t really order pizza much. I ended up getting in contact with domino’s NZ who have since passed on the feedback to the local area manager and higher management. Sent pictures of the two pizzas and showed what possibly looks like someone has taken a bite out of the crust. I’m more annoyed at the fact that the driver has made us out to be liars when we are not lying. Also, because someone else has touched the pizza before it was delivered to us, this is a breach of domino’s contact less delivery due to the pandemic. Had to throw away the two pizzas that were missing four other slices. Due to bloody covid. & breach of their contact less delivery. - plus had to reheat the supreme pizza cause it was stone cold when it was delivered. Not cool. Don’t appreciate been made out to be liar either.
