   My wife and I have been getting work done here for years, and there is a reason we keep coming back. Matt is an absolute OG of Christchurch, hands down the best, with the level of experience you just cant beat. He only brings in top artists so the quality is always next level. The studio has such a vibrant welcoming vibe that makes every visit a great experience. Would not go anywhere else.

   I've been to Soular twice in the past few months.. Nice friendly and relaxed environment, good communication via email re setting appointments and via Instagram with the artist to discuss the design before hand. My artist was Stefania, happy with her work, too bad she's leaving soon but will likely go to Soular again in future :)

   TONI IS THE BEST!!! Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better tattoo artist, so sweet and had such a gentle touch! I love my pieces so much, my first tattoos in Christchurch and I’m so grateful they were done by her! Her designs are amazing and cannot wait to get some more done. Soular is also an awesome shop! Very clean and super cool. Highly highly recommend. ❤️

   Sonia is a legend - she has designed and competed 3 tattoos for me - including my first one ever, which was an awesome experience. Sonia also recently added watercolour to a dense black tattoo on my forearm that was done at another studio, which has elevated it so much more and made it look so organic like it was always meant to be that way. Soular itself is clean, friendly and the vibes are good - lots of good chat and excellent music selections. Rate this place so highly - and Sonia is awesome - thoroughly recommend!
