I placed an order at Tauranga Crossing today, 13th December, at 10:29 AM.
After about 20 minutes, my food was still not ready, so I asked if my order was received, and she said it was.
However, after waiting longer, I enquired again, and she told me she had no record of my order.
She clearly said it would be ready in 5-7 minutes, but that turned out to be a lie.
This isnβt the first time Iβve faced issues at this location, especially with the female staff. I also found out that my payment is non-refundable.
Is this what you saying the Kiwi attitude?
I never go again. And report to Crossing mall management too.

Unfortunately I was left very disappointed. The food looked far better than it tasted.
The fries would have been nice just on their own with some salt.
I didn't like any of the sauces I had (bourbon, mayo, gravy) especially the bourbon sauce, it was far too strong.
The onion rings had a nice crunch but no flavour.
The onion rings from my local pizza hut are far better.

Food here is absolutely amazing. I've been to kiwi grill over 10 times when I usually go to Tauranga Crossing. I've never had a bad experience and food is usually always well cooked. Would definitely recommend buying from here?

Recently had sticky pork ribs meal here was delicious. Meat fell off the bone and the chips have a yummy garlic salt on them. Will eat there again.

Very disappointed and got diarrhoea and vomiting from my steak meal.I was looking forward to a nice sirloin steak but it was that marinated steak and it was yuck. As I was eating my steak I thought this doesn't taste nice at all. The chips were the only part of the meal that was nice and that's why I gave it a one star.

I was looking forward to trying this place, however it was a disappointing experience. The bun I ordered was thrown together, had a veery thin slice of pork belly on it, and most of the salad wasn't even on the burger, it was falling out the side. the bread was alright, and the sauce was good. the worst part of the experience was the service. the lady seemed annoyed that I was ordering, she didn't say one word to me, just took my order, gave me a filthy order buzzer, covered in grease, and even when I said thank you, she said nothing, not even a smile. I asked for napkins, and she grumpily plonked two napkins on my tray, both napkins had stains on them. there are other menu items I had planned on trying in future but given this experience, I will not be coming back - even though I eat at this mall regularly.
