   Pack & Send staff in Hamilton were very helpful, they made suggestions on box sizes. Plus the process was explained & I was given advice on packing the items to stop any possibility of breakage. When I came back with the packed boxes (think the staff members name was Kurt) helped me bring them in the store. It was raining so that was so nice of him. I would recommend using the company.
