Partner and I went in for boxing day sales. They had fantastic sales and amazing service. Mechiell who worked there was wonderful and very helpful, and made my partner feel very special on her birthday.

I have been a regular customer of Pagani centre place and whenver we visit it is a good experience, however this time the customer service person Nikole was too rude and didn't bother to greet any customer coming into the store. I felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable so didn't make any purchase today. I visited dotti to make my purchase, they have awesome and welcoming customer service and make your shopping a happy experience
Working in Hamilton & worrying about what I was going to wear for an upcoming black tie event. Stoked to discover Centre Place Mall is open late night Thursdays, so I go in for a stealth shop. Go through all the shops - nothing suitable. Try Pagani - wow! Absolutely brilliant for a variety of formal dresses! Rachel served me and was so helpful and patient while I tried on (what seemed like) a bazillion dresses. Rachel advised honestly and on matching accessories. I spent $104.99 for a funky formal dress & accessories - to wear for one night only. The price point was right - the service was outstanding. Thanks Rachel for helping me out - well deserved 5 out of 5 stars.
