I’ve been shopping here several times now , it’s a beautiful store with a tastefully curated collection of brands. The staff -Shantelle in particular are just so patient and lovely and helpful, she takes the time to really help you find pieces and give great styling tips and advice. The best clothing boutique in Hamilton for sure! I look forward to every visit.

I shopped online at true store and received some of the best customer service I’ve ever had! I received a personal phone call regarding one of the items I had order that there was a slight problem with and another phone call once the issue was resolved. My items arrived beautifully packaged with a handwritten note and even sprayed with perfume! It made the whole package feel extra special. Would 100% recommend shopping here for the great products and exceptional staff who go above and beyond
Absolutely love this shop, by far the best boutique in Hamilton. The staff are so kind and helpful, unlike many boutiques where unless you look the part you are ignored, they are warm and welcoming. The shop itself is just stunning and spacious.
Like shopping overseas. They bring it to Hamilton. Yes it costs... but authentic and stylish hasn't cost me the airfare.
