Beds were very comfortable and staff have been great to deal with. Good location for what we needed. Could do with a chopping board in the kitchen area and a mirror in the upstairs bedroom area, but other than that very pleasant place to stay.
Rooms are getting tired, clean was not up to standard, eg there was a long hair stuck to bathroom door at eye level and dust and grime elsewhere too, bed was great, had issues with tv remote, taped up as broken, thought this was very tacky, as I got back to room at 10pm to watch a rugby game couldn't get sky on and TV had no buttons that I could find to get tv on, too late to contact reception so could not watch...mentioned to reception in the morning, expected a possible discount for service we paid for not been available just a typical i'm sorry but nothing offered, funny thing was online I paid extra for an upgraded room??? I would pay bit more to stay elsewhere next time, staff friendly but won't be back.
Large clean room. Good wifi, lighting, and shower pressure. Parking outside room. Comfortable chairs. Separate kitchen area.
Stayed for a couple of nights, it was a nice comfortable room with good heating, good TV, and it's in a good walking distance from everywhere i needed to go. The staff were great and friendly, one staff member was kind enough to drive me to the airport when I was having trouble getting a taxi
stayed here for emergency housing and they were very welcoming, staff were so nice, helped me with all my questions and things, room was homely only negative comments i can make is there was an ant problem, no HDMI cord for the TV & the insides of the bedside table drawers werenβt clean. no biggies, was a very nice stay and i would stay here again.
It was just ok. Stayed two nights Friday and Saturday, we left for the day on Saturday and came back and the room hadn't been serviced, no clean towels and beds not made. The motel was supposed to service the rooms as stated but they didn't. I had to go down to reception around 7pm to ask for fresh towels. Because of this, only two stars. Basic room.
We found that for 2 adults n 2 adult sized teenagers, the room we were put in wasn't big enough. The sofa bed is just awful n u can feel every spring poking thru the mattress so my son didn't get any sleep at all for the 2 nights we were there. They also initially hadn't given us any bedding for the sofa bed. When we asked for some, we were given everything except for a quilt so went without on night. Not enough towels given for the 4 of us either.
We loved our stay. Modern refurbished room that was very clean and had everything we needed. Bed was nice and comfy and the staff are very friendly. Good location for walking down to the Mount and shops/cafes etc. We hope to stay again when next in the area.
Was very impressed. Spotlessly clean well done to housekeeping team! Bed comfortable and large although would have to agree with a couple of previous comments about very stiff and noisy sheets, maybe less starch. Would definitely stay again.
