   This is being used for emergency housing. The state of the place is an embarrassment. I wouldn't house my dog in here. I'd rather sleep in my car. No no no no.

   Very hard to find much positive here. Cobwebs hanging around the ceiling and walls, cold, single bed electric blankets on doubles stretcher beds with buggered springs and old woolen (may of even been kapoc) blankets had me sneezing all night. Cold, damp, old, grimy unit. Moldy and ripped carpet and couch with massive tears, even the oven door handle was tied on with a bit of dangly unrecognizable tape/string/plastic - to be honest I don't know what it was. Old milk in the fridge. Even the hotel inspector ain't seen nothing like this!

   We stayed overnight for a local event. It is in a good location for local eats, easy access to Hamilton city centre. While dated, everything was in order and clean. The couple who run it were friendly and helpful. Our son noted that it is in an excellent location to go to Waterworld, although we didn't go there on this trip.

   We have had 3 nights here for a local sports event and really enjoyed our stay, lovely couple at the reception very accommodating. Room was clean and serviced, clean towels provided etc room a bit dated but didn't bother us. kids loved the pool we would absolutely come back. Thank you

   Terrible. Cockroaches squirming on the walls, mouldy showers, curtains buggered and broken toilets. Beds are in a horrible state first night I had to sweep off bits of dirt and in a companions room the bed had broke. Bathroom heaters in bedroom cupboards. 10/10 would not recommend

   Sad to say this motel is a little run down. In its day it would have been up there. August and the rooms are cool, could do with a spruce up with paint, mould on the ceiling in the bath room, something had been spilt on the kitchen floor and left, no fresh towels, carpet not vacuumed,dishes are not washed and put away, woke up this morning to a cockroach in my room. The motel is always booked out by tradies due to the cost. Would I stay here again, if my company booked it, yes, if I was looking for accommodation in Hamilton, most likely not.
