    The young Asian man that works here is amazing, and the stores saving grace. Sadly however, this store is let down by a very rude Asian woman who seems to make it her absolute mission to embarrass or vilify diabetics. I have been approved by my diabetes Dr AND Nurses for the amount of insulin I require yet, this woman felt the need to tell my partner that I "need to do another diabetes course, and educate myself on its usage". And followed up with a snarky remark about how much insulin costs and that it's too expensive to be being wasted on me. It is a fully funded medication, which I pay for in part through my taxes, and as a type one Pancreogenic diabetic, a medication I absolutely WILL die without. Being made to feel unwelcome anytime I request a prescribed medication is absolutely unacceptable, and I will unfortunately never be back due to this. Fortunately I will be on a Diabetes pump moving forward, but for any and all other medications, I'd rather go anywhere else, after those shocking comments. It's a real shame, bc previous Woolworths pharmacies have been outstanding, and up until this occurrence, I thought highly of all woolworths pharmacies.
