   Stayed 4 nights in the 2 bedroom apartment. It was excellent. Spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Had all the amenities you'd need and expect. Spa bath was great as well. Daily service of rooms and this was done early and promptly. Staff at office were beyond friendly and so helpful.

   We had a great stay at Bella Vista Hamilton. The location is convenient and easy to find, and the experience was very much in line with what we’ve come to expect from other Bella Vista hotels — consistent, reliable, and well-presented. The room was clean and offered a good amount of space, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and hassle-free. We also appreciated that the hotel is wheelchair accessible, which adds to the overall ease of access and comfort. The hosts were warm and friendly, adding a personal touch to the stay. All in all, a solid choice for a short or longer visit to Hamilton.

   Clean, tidy room and well presented breakfast. Their EV charger app took my money but wouldn't provide any electricity. It makes a mess of your night when you have to go out quite late and sit at an alternative charger for half an hour. I guess they are relying on a third party that hasn't really got their act together.

   Unfortunately not a great place to stay. No air conditioning. Very noisy location. Room had cobwebs in every corner. Fridge was completely iced up. Bed was large but very uncomfortable. Wobbled/rocked side to side at the slightest movement of your partner. Provided desk fan was covered in dust and had to be taken outside and brushed clean before use. Only had roller blinds for curtains which let a lot of light around the sides. Sink had no plug so couldn't be used to effectively clean dishes and there was only 2 of everything so couldn't make a cup of tea or coffee for a visitor. Very disappointing.

   Room spacious and tidy but in need of a overhaul. Everything there I needed for two nights. Continental breakfast very good. Noise from road off putting, it's almost like the door is made from paper. Otherwise ok for a room for the night Owner was nice to deal with

   Fantastic customer service A1. Owners went out of their way to assist us. Made us feel so welcome. Rooms great had everything you needed and very clean. Everyone in our group enjoyed their stay and would recommend this motel to others and we would definitely return. We have now booked into Bella Vista in Blenheim for our next tournament. Thank you
