Beautiful, clean room. The staff are great and the owner's are welcoming, relaxed and professional. Great place to stay.
My wife and I have spent a lot of time staying in motels to have time away by ourselves .We have had some good motel experiences and some very bad ones. Once in a while we would come across an exceptional one and my wife and I are soo happy we've found a lovely clean, accommodating and friendly diamond of a motel.Thank you Ballinor for everything oxo
This was my favorite place to stay in Hamilton until it chnaged owners. Now it's not the cleanest, the units smell damp and musty. Staff are quite unfriendly. Looks can be deceiving. Wont be staying here anymore, which is a shame. To the owners reply. Thanks for that. I live close to Hamilton, yes. I do not make up lies about facilities or service, As for not finding me in your system, thats because it was not recently,I stayed there for a work xmas party in 2017, was my first night out after my mother passed away. The tone of your attitude says it all really. So before you go spreading lies about someone, check the facts? Apologize and I will possibly take the review away.

Comfortable, clean and tidy studio units with spa bath. Very helpful, friendly accommodating hosts. Free Wi-Fi with sky. Short stroll to supermarket, Bars and restaurants. l Always look forward to my stay here when working in Hamilton.
Absolutely clean. Super safe feeling and a comfortable bed (a rarity in some motels). Cannot say enough nice things about this place. Will be staying there for all my conferences from now on!
After a long days drive and spending 2 hours stuck behind an overturned truck our plans of making it to Auckland where somewhat unrealistic! Into the AA book we go to find a well presented advert for Ballinor the biggest drawcard being the free WIFI internet, such a necessity these days and sooo annoying when you have to pay for it on top of your room. We arrived at Ballinor without a booking to be greeted by David a cheery and professional bloke, a-pon stating we only wanted the cheapest room as it was an unplanned stop and being tight on cash David kindly upgraded us to a room with air conditioning stating it was far too hot to sleep without it which we were very grateful for in the morning! The room was immaculate, modern (LCD TV, SKY, WIFI) and the courtyard out the back made a nice touch and was good being able to have a private space to escape the 4 walls of a hotel room! All in all probably the best place I have stayed in a long time! Keep up the good work David I will definitely be recommending you to friends and family! Definitely exceeded expectations for the price charged in comparison to other establishments!
