   Wouldn't recommend rooms were dirty and dusty, dishes were dirty had to tripple re wash everything we used , curtain in shower is stink and mouldy at the bottom aswell, and the smell in the room bad stench outdated had a family of 5 only had 2 towels went for my son tournament would never go back and wouldn't want any1 else to stay there either, cleaners are lazy and so are the owners, before you book look at reviews shame on them taking people's money.

   It was total disaster from location to service. Towels provided were like 10 years old looking, overly used , worn and torn.. Shower pressure was slowest i have ever seen and cold. Could hear traffic late at night in the neighborhood.

   This place is excellent the manager Mavis and her staff are lovely people. Straight across the rd is a dairy which is so convenient and up the rd 5mins is countdown. Please ignore the negative reviews this motel is beautiful.

   I did not end up staying here but my experience was good with the motel staff. I had an emergency and needed to reserve a room for a few days later, so I booked Motel Six through Booking.com. During pre-authorisation my debit card kept bouncing, which I initially thought was because it is from Australia, but it turned out they only accept credit cards. I was supposed to pay the full price of the room for a cancellation fee and I called up Booking.com to see what they could do. They sent a request to Motel Six to get a free cancellation instead which they accepted. I am very satisfied.

   Rooms have everything you need including 2 heaters (one for each room) and you need them in winter as the rooms get very cold. Bathrooms are clean. Sheets and towels were clean...however, the bed spreads smelled like BO. So they need to wash them or not put them on the beds. They dont provide extra blankets. Sofa is old and dirty-ish but it's ok if you are not planning to spend much time there.

   Cheap price, but you get what you paid for, rooms are big but outdated as ever, tv was the newest item in the room. Shower was incredibly low with poor pressure, the room had 3 beds but luckily as main beds sheets were stained. The lady at reception was nice & welcoming. Sadly I can't give this place a higher review. Literally get what you paid for.

2. Steve Irby - The Glass Whisperer & Appliance Oracle ★★★★☆

   The owner and staff here are wonderful and accommodating. This motel is not celubrious, it is old but immaculately clean with a full stove to cook if you don't want to eat out all the time. No dishwasher but it does have new double glazed windows to overcome the road noise. We have stayed here several times as we are in Hamilton often visiting family. The rate here is keen, which helps our budget, it is in a handy, central location making it easy to get to places. So the stars are not for the building it is for the nice experience and the value for money. There is a newer faculty across the road owned by the same people if you want newer, but less kitchen facilities.
