Great location on the edge of the city. Easy access to the building. Limited secured parking, and it's clearly stated on the website. Rooms are reasonably sized and well priced for the package you get.

Lovely and clean room, with crisp white sheets and towels. Appreciated the availability of the washing machine and dryer which were located in the bathroom, very handy. Staff are really pleasant too.

I want to share my honest experience regarding my recent stay at this hotel. The biggest issue we encountered was regarding the deposit. We checked in around 6 PM, outside of the staff’s working hours, and were not informed about the deposit requirement. The more concerning issue was that, even though the room charges had already been fully paid, the hotel staff refused to unlock our room keys unless we provided a credit card to register for the deposit. The following day, while my wife had briefly stepped out of the room with the children, our room key was locked. When we contacted the front desk, we were told it had been locked because the deposit had not been paid. This was handled very poorly. My wife had left her wallet in the room, yet the staff initially refused to unlock the key cards. Eventually, they only unlocked one of the two cards, stating that the second would only be released after the deposit was registered. There was a phone in the room, but no one attempted to call or notify us about the deposit. Locking the room simply because someone stepped out without providing a deposit seems completely unreasonable. I shudder to think what could have happened if this had occurred after staff had left for the day, especially with children. Additionally, while we knew the hotel was older, our assigned room was on the 3rd floor. To reach it, we had to use the elevator only up to the 2nd floor, then take the stairs to the 3rd floor—something that was not disclosed to us beforehand.

The room felt dated and there was a pillar right in the middle which was odd. Probably the downside of checking in late, I was given a room right at the corner with no views whatsoever. The aircon was making a loud noise which was annoying and the chairs were a bit dirty as well. The stove and some of the utensils were old though in working condition. May be I had different expectations from this hotel but going by the reviews and price I paid, I was hoping for something different. I will not be coming back here.

First Time Stay – Excellent Experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic stay here! The location is perfect—right in the heart of Hamilton, with cafes, the river, and everything you need just a short walk away. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the essentials. The kitchenette was a nice touch for quick meals, and the bed was incredibly comfy with blackout curtains, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The air conditioning was just right for winter as well. The highlight of my stay, though, was the amazing Housekeeping staff. They were warm, friendly, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience that much more enjoyable. Also, the added bonus of free access to Les Mills was fantastic while traveling! The staff at Reception—Tony and Jackie—were especially accommodating. Jackie even checked my arrival time and car park needs ahead of time. Everything just felt easy, comfortable, and stress-free. I’d definitely stay again! Highly recommend.

Stayed here for work for three nights. Parking was a nightmare (I highly, highly suggest that guests park across the street in the Wilson parking, which is what I ended up doing). If you have to leave early in the morning and no hotel staff are there to help get your car off the stackers, then you're going to have problems. And if you have a big vehicle... Well, good luck. The room was spacious, but it smelled musty. The bed was comfortable, though. The hotel is general needs some maintenance. There are scratches along the walls. On the plus side, the location of the hotel is right in town which is very handy, and you can go to many different restaurants that will charge your meal back to your room.

I stayed at the Quest for a week. I loved the location. The service and my room were perfect for me. I loved how I had a washer and dryer in the bathroom as it saved the headache of finding somewhere to do my laundry. Situated in town, there were many restaurants and cafes close by. I would highly recommend the Quest to anyone needing an apartment style hotel.

What a wonderful place to stay. The apartment was tastefully decorated with everything you would need right down to a wasing machine and dryer. The room was warm and bed very comfortable as were the pillows, which is hard to find in most rentals. Parking was available at a small cost per day but also street parking was there for selected hours at no cost. The staff were wonderful, from parking your car to assisting with anything you needed. Located In the city centre and walking distance to great cafes and the wonderful Museum. I would highly recommend to stay at this lovely hotel
