Room was clean and tidy, large room with plenty of space. Cleaned daily. We opted for the spa which was lovely and mostly private very unlikely to be seen by someone while in it. Well priced. Location is close to town near bus stops and on a busy road, nearby supermarket. Rooms are quiet and comfy.
Good motel accommodation Everything was clean. The motel room was fully equipped with plates and glasses etc, including a coffee plunger and fresh coffee. Shower pressure was fantastic! Bed was comfortable. Furniture maybe a little old for some people’s taste but it was quality when new so it’s just slightly faded, not broken or unsightly in any way. Check in staff were lovely and helpful.
Hotel was convenient, clean, staff friendly. Rooms a little on the dated side but comfortable. Yes you do hear the street noise but didnt not wake me up once!
Overall, it was a great place to stay! We got warned not to stay on Ulster Street, but honestly, it was very peaceful and quiet the whole night. It was fully booked on Saturday as well. We stayed in apt 26, which is located upstairs. Be careful if it's wet and you are walking upstairs. it's very slippery. The room was a 2 beddy, very spacious for a 2 bedroom. Super king bed in one room (medium firmness) and 3 singles (medium to soft firmness) in the other. Our bathroom was quite large also. Walk-in shower, maybe 1.2m3, no bath, and toilet. The toiletries were eco-friendly and smelt very nice. For 5 guests, we were given 1 towel and 1 face cloth each. The heated towel rail was on, so when we had our showers, we had warm towels. Great selection of coffee, hot chocolates, and teas. Cutlery and crockery were clean. The entire room was spotless apart from under the beds. I bit of rubbish and fluff under the single beds. We had an aircon machine in the living room, the main bedroom and living room had smart tv. Unfortunately, the person who stayed in our room before us happened to leave the search history in the youtube search menu. Umm, it's a completely inappropriate search to leave up. We booked via Booking.com, which is quite easy and cheaper than other sites. Check-in was easy, and the reception person was friendly, although the receprion smelt like a string incense or curry smell, quite offputting lucky i was in and out for check in quickly. I was given a 250ml of meadowfresh milk and one set of keys. The guy took my credit card details and left. We always take photos before and after our stay to ensure we arent charged anything. Overall, I highly recommend staying here! For the price you are getting very good quality. We will definitely come back here.
Excellent value for money. Friendly staff. Comfy beds. Clean room. Well appointed kitchenette, seated dining area, and couch and lounge chair with lamp for tv watching, reading book, or relaxing. Very happy with stay, and have re-booked there. Small outside private courtyard for fresh air, though no views.
Room sound insulation very bad. Room is clean but old. Not worth 200 dollars. The Indian boss could be a liltle more friendly.
Booked online easy. Checked in a week later, got the key and was just left to our own devices. Easy parking right outside room, found it safe, comfortable and quiet. Would definitely go back. Sky TV, 50g wifi vouchers.
Surprised us how modern this place was. Tidy, clean, reasonable price. The proprietor went out his way to let us checkin early even though it was a last minute booking.
After a long night at the hospital and getting discharged at noon, the owner let us check in early and get some much needed sleep. Walked into a VERY clean room, ordered Uber Eats and went to sleep in a quiet, air conditioned bedroom. Well apportioned and well kept up. Thanks for the great experience.
Clean tidy fresh nice sized room. Good location, nice kitchenette. Bed is a bit soft but the linen is fresh and crisp. Good pillows. Sky TV (no Netflix/Disney). Shower clean and good water pressure, heat lights in bathroom, nice when it is cold. 50gb wifi which was enough for us, internet is slower than in Auckland. Only negative was that the curtains and blinds did not block out all the light. Would stay here again.
