   Have used Phillips Garage before with no issues However this time the experience was very different -they did replace/repair the defects I needed in order to get my Vehicle through an AA Inspection /Certification but the Vehicle wouldn't drive properly at all and would surge on me dangerously I thought that would have at least made sure the Vehicle was in a safe state to drive When I spoke to Brian about this he became very aggressive and shouty on the phone -not what I expected from an experience that cost me a lot of time and money

   You never really know with garages if anyone else could have done it quicker or cheaper. And, if they say you need new brake pads, for example, you take their word for it. So, I can’t really comment about that sort of thing. All I can say is… my car broke, and Phillips Garage fixed it. Problem was diagnosed quickly, so they had me back on the road within a new days, even though I hadn’t made a booking (hadn’t planned on breaking down) Great service, great end result, and my 15-year-old car feels brand new after the remedial work plus service. I went to Phillips after being referred there by a family member, and would certainly go back. Five stars.

   Always great service. We have used Phillips garage for our cars the past couple years and have experienced great service and adorable prices. They always let us know before completing work so the bill is never a surprise. They are honest with their advice and have provided helpful tips and tricks to save cost on our cars. 10/10 garage.

   I am not usually one to give feedback but this experience was above and beyond exceptional. Had my vehicle booked in to be checked the following morning. Received a call with an estimate before any work was done which was far cheaper than I expected. They managed to complete the repairs the same day and had even saved the worn parts to show me on collection of my vehicle. Great price and great service. Phillips garage will absolutely be my go to from now on. Thank you

   Extremely honest, professional and competitively priced. Highly recommend especially after they couldve charged me for work that I wouldn't have questioned but instead, they honestly told me it was something different (cheaper). Instead of a quoted (from another mechanic) they saved me a couple of hundred dollars. This alone has made me a loyal customer to them and I recommend everyone to use their services.
