   I brought my BMW to Premier Automotive due to an issue with my brakes. I made an appointment expecting the problem to be resolved, but I was disappointed when I received a call later that day. They informed me that they had identified the issue, but I would need to schedule another appointment to have the front brakes replaced. To make matters worse, I was charged $100 just for diagnosing the issue. They promised to send me a quote for both the brake repair and some new tires, but unfortunately, I never received it. As a result, I decided to have the problem fixed elsewhere. While I can't speak to the quality of their work, their lack of follow-up and poor communication left a lot to be desired. Based on my experience, I won't be returning.

   Hmm I had a bad run here I took my audi in for an oil leak after service. They identified the oil filter was not tight enough so they booked it in to tighten and clean up the oil on the pan. $78 later it was a bad clean and the oil filter i could loosen by hand the oil got in my alternator and screwded it. I had to pay another dealer over $1000 for replacement ... not impressed !!

   Awesome outfit for Europeans cars took my e36 there to get fixed! the quote was 200-300 dollars and it came out on the low side which is awesome when businesses do that! would recommend especially for BMW owners. I would go back again next time I needed work done.
