   Jack loves the dentist! He has many questions about dentists, and I often hear the sound of a dentist drill coming from his phone. We live right next door to our dentist, and last week I received a phonecall asking me to tell Jack that it's not okay to be looking through their windows with his binoculars. Today Jack came with me to my appointment, during which he performed the duties of "dental assistant".

   Alix is the best! She always gives you ALL your options and makes you feel at ease. Professional, clear and so lovely. The practice is also in a great spot, clean and tidy and easy accessible right next door to a pharmacy and GP practice.

   Had to select 1 star as a minimum otherwise would have been zero. Having been a member of the Lumino plan for 2 years, I am now cancelling my plan having been subjected to a 20 minute, so called Hygienist session with Rochelle. The session can only be described as torture. 24 hours later my mouth is still in pain and my gums are still bleeding. I am not inexperienced (probably had over 60 hygienist visits during my 52 years) and appreciate that there is always some bleeding during a hygienist visit but I have never experienced such trauma. Sadly when I asked to cancel my plan, Lumino had the cheek to not only charge me for the session by charge me full price as cancelling my plan meant that I no longer qualified for a discount. Appalling treatment. Appalling customer service.

   I have been to this practice several times now and always have had a positive experience. Staff are friendly and professional. Brodie is an excellent hygienist who makes me feel safe and relaxed. Both Alix and Brodie listen attentively and advise great treatment and after care plans.
