   My family and I stumbled across this Bakery whilst doing our Laundry and the food and service was amazing. So great in fact we came everyday for breakfast for the last 3 days of our trip. Food was awesome and especially for the price! The coffee was great, nice and creamy. We had the kiwi breakfast and the big classic breakfast and they were yummm. The portions were great and the prices were cheap especially for what you got. Our kids loved the Pies and sausage rolls and the sweets too. Thank you for the great food and friendly service. We will miss this place.

   Ordered via Uber Eats. Coffee was delicious (I love wild goat) pies and double happies are good quality also. Everything was really delicious and the place is definitely worth a revisit. We were all very satisfied with our food.

   We used to love coming to this bakery, there hot chips were so soft and melted in your mouth! However the last three times we’ve been here, they have been horrible and sitting in the warmer for ages. When asked for fresh hot chips I was given old chips chucked into the deep fryer. Won’t be coming back anymore

   Exceptional service, excellent food. Anna and her small team were still busy clearing, cleaning and preening the almost-brand-new bakery/cafe when we arrived for an end of day snack (half hour after official closing). Fresh Bakery & Cafe is tucked behind the Gas station towards the Southern end of Te Rapa Straight. The smart and distinctive colour scheme was enticing and welcoming. The spacious, smartly set out shop had cakes, slices, sandwiches, savories and pies that appealed. The wide range of cold drinks didn't grab us today. The coffee we received were outstanding. Top notch coffees were brought out to us in quick time too. The exquisite coffees complemented the still fresh savory and indulgent sweet snacks. Team members were pleasant, charming and helpful.
