   I have had the pleasure of being a client of Andreas for 30 years, I always get compliments on my hair especially reguarding her skills in colouring. Honestly I don’t choose colours or even styles I leave Andrea to make me feel amazing and I’m never dissapointed. Always fits me in as I’m a last minute person , quality service and products highly recommend plus good coffee and treats Andrea has always done my foster daughter(autistic) ems here at a very affordable price and shows her such love and kindness emma gets royal treatment Thankyou for being you

   I paid professional money for amateur results. Andrea burned my scalp. This is the worst hairdressing experience I’ve been through. At the beginning of the appointment I showed many reference photos of caramel highlights because I wanted to keep my colour and just have dark caramel highlights and she ended totally bleaching my hair white and burnt my scalp which I received blisters and scabbing from. Even when I told her it was burning she continued finishing off a couple more strands and then took me to rinse the bleach off. Didn’t take the fact that I was in so much pain seriously at all. I have naturally curly hair and my hair will never curl like it used to. It’s completely damaged. I ended up going back on the same day because I never asked for white hair, she complained so much while dying it back to a darker shade. I am not paying over $220 for my hair to be done how the hairdresser wants it. Im paying that much to get my hair done how I requested it. Especially if my hairdresser agrees and says she can do what is shown in the photo. When I tied my hair up it was this massive black line of my dark hair and these white streaks. I got my hair done months ago here and I still cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism I experienced here. I will never come again. I cannot believe how kind patient and respectful I was at the time considering how she retreated me with complete disregard as a high paying customer. Also she will reply saying that she’s just a phone call away but she refuses to answer text messages and as a person with a full time job I can’t be calling about hair problems constantly. I did not leave the salon happy and she knew this. Response: legal action has not been taken by her because everything is true.

   I was in the salon the same day as Victoria, and let me assure you I didn’t see the experience she reviewed at all! I have never known Andrea to be anything but a professional, and extremely skilled hairdresser. I go to her regularly for foils, and always come away delighted at the results. Andrea is always so accommodating to her clients, ensuring they’re comfortable and at ease. I have no hesitation in highly recommending her as a hairdresser, she is actually the best I’ve known, and I’ve had many in my 57 years.

   I called Andrea on a Saturday and booked an appointment for the following Wednesday; I gave her my name and phone number. The day before the appointment, I called and left a message confirming my appointment day and time and asked her to call me if there were any changes. I left my name and phone number. I would have to take a half hour bus ride and then a lengthy walk in +27 degrees to reach the studio. Then all again after my appointment. Thankfully, a friend offered to drive me; I arrived a few minutes before my appointment to find a note on the door. Due to unforeseen circumstances, she had to cancel my appointment. WHY didn’t she phone me ??? My number works, no problem receiving calls. I tried to contact her the following day but only received voicemail.
