   Horrendous service. It is now 11.25am instore. I have been here for over an hour waiting to have 1 photo scanned and printed. Item was scanned and although they saw me sitting there waiting and knew what I was waiting for I had to ask if it was ready to USB 35 minutes after the fact. Then waiting on it to print was told half an hour. Ok. 45 mins later and I still have 10 to 15 minute wait. The store isn't particularly busy, not has it been while I've waited. Only 1 staff member was actually productive. The old guy. Everyone else... Not impressed with your lack of service. You're better off going out to the base.

   5 stars to Jaya for such excellent customer service! I planned to use the calendar printing service advertised online, however when I explained to Jaya what I needed, she offered a slightly more complicated method which would suit my needs much better than the option advertised online and at nearly half the price! This was amazing as we are selling calendars for a charity fundraiser and she has maximised the amount of money we can raise. She also spent a lot of time working with me to make sure she had a perfect product before printing the first batch. We will definitely be returning for future fundraisers!

   I half expected a mob boss to appear while I was parking. The lot looks like it belongs in an 80s crime movie, and I got a $70 fine for just 20 minutes of parking. Never parking there again!

   Went in with a keyboard that was faulty. It was past its warranty but the manager, Tim, was so friendly and gracious and gave me a full refund. Great experience. He really went above and beyond my expectations and I'll definitely be shopping here again.

   Very disappointed with the service of all the staffs especially lady named Emily. She was so rude when we asked for her simple help about recommending the photos for our frames. We wasted 2 hours just to take her bloody attitude on us. I will never visit is disgusting store just because of that lady.

   Very rude. If you are a personal friend of managers wife you can have personalized service and as much help as you want. If not, they don't give one little bit! Walked out without being able to get what I needed.

   Very disappointed with the service, especially as the is company is named on the NZ passport website as the place to get photos. Having travelled into the city specifically for this task, I was turned away and asked to return in 4 hours as none of the 4 staff in the not very busy store had time to take a photo. So I went to Anglesea Pharmacy instead, and they were happy to do it straight away.

   I was printing some photos out and found I couldn't archive what I wanted. After asking for assistance not only was I offered help but also shown how to do it. The assistant went out of her way to help me produce the print I was looking for. Thank you Olivia, you are an asset to the company and value to the customers. Great service and quality of print and job, highly recommended.

   They had what I wanted. I bought it, for a price that was about half of what was listed on the display stand. There was plenty of other stationery and supplies. They don't have everything but the definitely have most things. The staff were friendly and there wasn't much of a wait when I went after work, but it can be busy at lunchtime.
