She was very patient (Especially with my wife) with us as it took a few visits to get exactly what we wanted.    1★ Terrible experience — avoid this store! I ordered what was advertised as a solid wood dining table, but what arrived was cheap particle board with a plastic veneer. The surface already chipped within a week and it had a strong chemical smell that made my whole house stink for days. When I contacted their customer service about a refund, they kept making excuses — first saying the manager was away, then promising to call back but never did. It’s been almost three weeks and still no resolution. Very disappointing quality and service. Definitely not worth the money!
