   We drive from Gisborne to have a look at the new Cherry Tiggo 9, ask for a test drive the sales person Jamie wanted to go with us that’s not a problem, didn’t let us see the feature inside was too pushy to either say yes without exploring the car and didn’t even let us drive too see how it operate. I am sorry team but this sort of experience by a sale person isn’t acceptable. Called the Taupo branch they had the vehicle and will get a sale. If you go there avoid Jamie not a good experience. Too add on what you have mentioned, please share your email address as my brother was making a Snapchat video I can see Jamie was driving the vehicle betweeen 63kmph to 68kmph on a 50kmp, ( must be safety rules are different for him) and about the music we asked him to check it when he drove us back to the yard over there and he declined and took the key along with him if some one is complaining stop defending and coming good in front of others may be it’s time to learn something and improve where you are wrong there is no harm. We visited the branch last month as well but we thought wait for the tiggo 9 to come and then choose the vehicle but with that experience from your sales professional it’s better we take our Buisness somewhere else and also recommend others to avoid him.

   It has been over a month now. Still no one reply or respond from email. I clearly informed the staff both during the appointment and upon arrival that there might be a refrigerant leak in the vehicle. However, the service provider only refilled the refrigerant without checking for any potential leaks. After picking up the car, I found that the air conditioning still wasn't working properly, and it seemed that the refrigerant was still leaking. I made another appointment online, but after waiting for a week, no one contacted me. It was only after I called again that I was informed the service provider does not actually offer air conditioning repair services. Later, I had the vehicle inspected at another service center, and it was confirmed that the refrigerant line was indeed leaking and required repair. This means the refrigerant that was added previously was completely wasted. Won’t be coming here for service anymore.

   Absolutely awesome service! Called in from out of town on a Friday afternoon to see if they could fix an annoying seatbelt alarm in our 308 station wagon. No problem, bring it round the back. 5 minutes later, trim lifted, annoying thingy unplugged... Sorted. THANKS SO MUCH, GUYS. Fantastic service.

   I took my scooter in for service last week and they gave me a brand new car to use for the day which blew me away, all the staff were friendly and very helpful. They did a great job of the service charged me stuff all, cleaned my bike and to top it off they called me today to see if I was happy... absolutely I am..
