WOW. I’m from Gisborne and I’m in Tauranga visiting my parents and we stopped by City Chic today, I’ve always had larger breasts so it’s extremely difficult to find clothes that fit properly and are flattering, I’ve also gained weight recently and had just finished crying to my mum about how terrible I’m feeling about myself and how I don’t like looking at myself. We were just browsing and then we met Nakeisha, she is the most beautiful person I’ve ever met. She constantly reassured me, she was helping match bra/dress colours, showing me different ways to wrap my dress so I can dress it up and down, and she made me feel confident in myself again which is something I haven’t felt for a long while. You can tell she loves her job, and she loves being able to help people like me who are struggling. We happened to be similar age/size so she was sharing some of her experiences too which just made me more comfortable and I left the store a whole different person. Definitely coming back, definitely shopping online when I am stuck in Gisborne. Nakeisha is such a beautiful soul who did more for me today than I can express. Thank you so much, I’m very appreciative of her and the store and I’m sure many other customers are too
It was my very first time going into city chic today, and oh my what amazing customer service they have. A lady named rebecca helped my mum and I and went into depth about what would suit us and the sizes also. I'm always self conscious when it comes to shopping and rebecca made it such an amazing experience for me and I'm buzzing with everything I have purchased today! The store manager should be so happy with your employees! They are absolutely amazing❤
