   DO NOT SHOP HERE !!!!! Rude branch manager. Yelling and screaming at an elderly lady just for explaining what issue she found. He is not helpful and not willing to assist at all. We went in another day to get the issue resolved however again, branch manager did not want to hear the fault with a product they sell. AA Roadside assistance and a Auto Electrician confirmed that the part sold by Jaycar was manufactured the wrong way around, which caused the whole car electrics to fault, therefore needing a EXPENSIVE restart. The Auto Electrician called the branch manager and he was arrogant and rude. He has no people skills, no customer service and needs to be up for a written warning! Will be taking this further up till the CEO :).

   Outstanding Service and Advice from Ash! My elderly parents had to move from Copper to Fibre - they only have a landline so I started to process while visiting. What we weren't told was their landline cable would not fit the fibre optic base (soz don't know technical names), we were advised by the telco to purchase an RJ11 and plus in, good to go. However I took the phone base into Jaycar and Ash said to be "I don't think you need an RJ11, you need an RJ12, RJ11 is too big!". Ash couldn't be more helpful and actually saved us a trip back, as he was 100% correct, we needed the RJ12! My parents must have a landline for obvious reasons, We are so grateful to Ash for being so knowledgeable and helpful. I hope Jaycar recognise Ash and his great work and friendly manner. We know where to shop again! Thank you.
