   No stars! Disgusting service! We were watching the league game & bought a drink! And played pool. Then the Indian bar tender changed the channel at 1/2 time & said “you can no longer watch the game because you sat here all day! Not even only for 40 minutes!! He said you haven’t bought a drink since you’ve been here. Liar! I said to him it’s the Kiwi culture to watch a game in a bar! He was so rude & arrogant he walked away!!! Mate you have lost a customer & I will ring your boss tomorrow 26/10/25 to complain!

   WORST BAR EVER...INDIAN LADY WITH ATTITUDE , PATRONISED MONTHS PRIOR AND WAS SO WELCOMING, THE BAR LADY TODAY WAS TOO BUSY TALKING ON EAR PLUGS TO ACKNOWLEGDE SOMEOME AT HER BAR. WHEN DID SO, GAVE IMPRESSION THAT IS WAS ANNOYING FOR HER...20 MINS LATER HAD TO SCOUT THE BAR TO FIND HER TO ASSIST ME...SHE WAS THEREFORE BEYOND PEEVED OFF, I THEN CHOSE TO VIDEO HER ATTITUDE AND THEN WAS CALLED A KAREN AND TOLD TO LEAVE...IT WAS A CASE OF LEAVING BUT THIS BAR PERSON IS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHAMEFUL.....NEVER EVER GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT, AS YOU ARE A NOT WELCOME...AS A CUSTOMER THIS BAR TENDER NEEDS TO BE RE-EDUCATED AS PERSONAL SERVICE. WILL DOWNLOAD COVERAGE OF HER UNPROFESSIONAL AND INEPT DISGRACEFUL COVERAGE.

   I went in with my baby to meet my partner around 7pm on a Wednesday night. There were no more than 10 customers there, most of them playing pool. Shortly after arriving my partner was told our baby couldn't stay. No reason given. We awkwardly left after having a quick snack meal. I contacted the bar the next day and was told their licence does in fact allow for under 18's with adult supervision and the staff who kicked us out was new and unaware of this rule. Handled poorly and shows lack of proper staff training and understanding of the rules. Very upset and annoyed after this experience. Manager tried to say it was for the baby's safety when there was no obvious immediately safety risk.
