   I reached out to them twice regarding the parts I needed, but unfortunately, I didn't receive the assistance I was hoping for. One of the responses indicated that the part wasn't available. It seems there might be a disconnect in their willingness to help with specific items. I believe improving customer service could greatly enhance the overall experience.

   I've gone in here 3 times, each with a different piece of panelling in mind for my Altezza, and each time he's gone out to the back for a couple of minutes and returned with exactly what I was after. Definitely go here if you want Toyota parts

   Really good and friendly service. Great alternative for Toyota parts if you don't want to pay the Dealership prices. This means paying only half or one third prices and you save. I was referred by Ebbett Toyota which means this company is reliable and can be counted on. The owner went further and located the item for me from Auckland. Very happy with the service and outcome. Highly recommended for others to try this place for Toyota used parts.

   Very disappointed experience and money minded business. Went in for a part and said had to dismantle it from a car n asked me to come next day and said would be ready. Next day when I went was told that part was sold to someone else who purchased few other parts along. Greed is bad. Try to keep your word
