   Columbus Coffee on Victoria Street is a fantastic spot for a relaxing work break, whether you're catching up with friends, getting some work done, or simply enjoying a quiet moment with a good cup of coffee. I stopped by for a quick treat and was thoroughly impressed with the warm atmosphere, friendly service, and, most importantly, the quality of the food and drinks. I ordered a Chai Latte, and it was exactly what I was hoping for—beautifully spiced, rich, and perfectly balanced. The mix of cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves created a wonderfully aromatic experience, while the milk was steamed to perfection, making each sip silky smooth. It was not overly sweet, which allowed the natural spices to shine through. Served at just the right temperature, it was a comforting and cozy drink, perfect for a cool day. The carrot cake was an absolute winner! It was moist, packed with grated carrots, and had the perfect balance of sweetness and spice. The hint of cinnamon and nutmeg added warmth to the flavor profile, while the chopped nuts on top provided a lovely crunch. The cream cheese frosting was smooth, tangy, and just the right amount—not overly sweet, allowing the natural flavors of the cake to stand out. Each bite was decadent yet not too heavy, making it the perfect companion to my chai latte. The café itself is warm, inviting, and has plenty of seating, making it a great place to sit back and unwind. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and my order was prepared quickly despite the café being quite busy. The overall vibe was relaxed, with soft background music, a clean and well-maintained space, and a great mix of customers—from solo diners to groups catching up over coffee.

   Hidden gem in Hamilton CBD for breakfast. Good atmosphere and nice interior. Has Good coffee and breakfast. The eggs Benedict and pancakes are really tasty. Definitely recommended for breakfast.

   Great food and friendly service. We appreciated that they were open on a Saturday when other places were closed. We needed a warm place to wait for our bus. The food was delicious and so was the coffee. Unique menu options and tasty.

   I liked the atmosphere and that was its strongest point, very comfortable and homely. The coffee was ok, nothing to write home about and quite pricey. One of the staff members wasn’t particularly friendly or inviting. The lolly cake with meringue topping was.. interesting.. I think had it not been stale I would have preferred it more. Overall not overly stoked but will probably give it another go- as I said the general vibe was very comfortable.

   It's a nice quiet, quaint little place. The meals could be a bit bigger, none the less it is delicious. I normally order 1 of the egg meals & it never disappoints. The staff are always courteous.

   Just thought I would update, I stand by this review the food here is hands down better than almost every other cafe I have been to in hamiliton. Always friendly staff and very clean! This is the best one of this chain in Hamilton. Always friendly and the food and coffee are always good. Pleasant environment , way better than the ones at mitre 10. Just saying.
