Rice was soggy. Chicken a bit stringy. Asked for 25% less meat and extra salad, they didn’t do that. Still not bad but for the price I expected better! Bought on Uber Eats.
Bit of a let down since I like this place but server at the counter was quite rude. Didn’t wanna cause a scene but otherwise would’ve told him to pick his lower lip up and stop moaning. Understandable if they’re short staffed which didn’t seem like the case but asked for more rice and face had a bad tone towards it. Asked for teriyaki chicken which they had to cook which is fine but proceeded to bring out crispy chicken and put it on my order… there’s a clear difference but I’m not fussy. Just overall… DO BETTER. Chur
We visit this store most Sunday’s as a family. We travel from Te Puke because the service is great. The young guy who serves us most weeks is absolutely awesome. Super friendly and he doesn’t forget a face. We are always stoked to see his friendly face when we walk in. Definitely recommend these guy’s for a decent meal at a good price. Top notch guy’s!
The staff is extremely rude — especially the Indian boy and girl working there. They have no sense of how to talk or deal with customers properly. I strongly suggest the owner take strict action against these two staff members or provide proper training. This kind of behavior is unacceptable
Healthy and delicious. I always get double when i purchase from here and have for both lunch and dinner.
We ordered 4x regular from here and we love katsubi however this particular one we felt a huge lack of customer service. They didn't crack one smile and we felt they were just worried about hurrying us in and out. The food was very dry and cold and they didn't give much sauce which made the dish really poor to average. It pays to go inside bayfair and go to the one in the food court. Much better service and quality of food. Very disappointed!
Awesome Food. Plate was filling. Good place to sit and relax. Staff nice and friendly.
Tepanyaki Teriyaki Tofu Donburi was an odd flavour and did not have any Teriyaki sauce I could taste.
UPDATE* From 5 to 2. How quickly a once loyal customer having spent thousands here can be turned off. Apparently it's against policy to simply put rice onto a separate plate. Strange then that they've been doing for the past 4 years or so for us. Shame, was great up until today. We also asked for no Jalapeños... that request was ignored.. or maybe it's also against their policy.
