I really wanted to buy an all wool throw for an overseas friend. Saw they were made from NZ wool. But, oh no....sadly they are manufactured in China!! Ireally wanted to but completely NZ made.
Today I returned a bedspread I had bought at North-link. I was told at the time of purchase that it was fine to return it as long as all the packaging was there as well as the receipt. I was met by one of your sales staff who was clearly unhappy that the bedspread had not been put back into the package. I did understand what she meant, but no need for her to be rude, and tell me I shouldn’t have removed it from the package to start with. How am I supposed to see how it looks on the bed? I will never shop at this branch again. Prefer Farmers for bedding anyway! Teach your staff the right way to say things to customers.
Bought a duvet inner and immediately realized I had bought the wrong one. My mistake, completely, but extremely disappointed in the returns policy - which is no returns or exchanges once the inner has left the door. This is not clearly stated on the website, nor was I informed on purchase. Totally understand having a limited time frame for returning this type of item, but this was within an hour of purchase, had not even been taken out of the bag, and I wanted to exchange for another that cost double the price - pretty obvious that this was a genuine return. Will not be buying this type of product from BB&B again!

A good shop for lots of interesting fragrances, bedroom and bathroom products. They have some good discount specials worth following. Well layed out with plenty of things to look at and are quite interesting. Car parking is usually fine.
