Down from Auckland for the weekend. Thinking about moving here permanently to be closer to Grange Road Takeaways. Best fish and chips we've ever had. Batter on snapper delicate and tasty, fish fresh and generous size. Chips perfect. Onion rings tops. Curry roll to die for. Pork crackling delicious (too cheap at $3). Do your tastebuds a favor and experience the service and food here. Great value , 5 star all the way!
I was short $11.80 and the owner's were gracious and let me go Best Thick Shakes... tight and perfectly crafted burgers everytime Even the fries are always perfectly crisp Salute!
I love this takeaway shop, the owners are so so friendly and put the effort in to their interaction with you but also into their food, I absolutely love their burgers but all their food is delicious, there are a couple tables outside to eat if you like but I normally get my food and go to one of the parks, as their are a few places real close. I would recomend this place to everyone
Fresh fish and beautifully cooked with crispy light batter and chips. Spring rolls are a refreshing change from the usual takeaway goop. Onion rings are the best I have tried. Well done, keep up the great service and quality food.
Recommended !! One of the best and wallet friendly places in town to have roast meals as well as fish and chips. squid rings ($0.80 ea) are highly recommended from this place. Roast meals are outstanding and very friendly staff. orders are accepted over the phone for pickup.
