Nice food, great rates. Smorgasbord chinese food. Very fast service from a phone order. Not greasy, just Great value for money. Will be back.
The only problem i really do have is the customer service over the phone. Customer skills really suck. Quite rude actually. And I think they need to extend the shop cos the waiting area is small and they can get quite busy. Food is all good.
This is the best fish and chips and Chinese take ways in the mount. Love love love
Got a pack today and added a few extras. The meal didn't take long to get the order. It was tasteless, dry and missing a pineapple fritter. Chose this to see if it would be our new fish and chip shop. It unfortunately will not be.
Unassuming takeaway shop. I ordered fish and chips, scallops, mussels, squid rings and pineapple fritters for the family. Everything was really delicious. The fish was crispy on the outside, tender and juicy on the inside, and the chips were really good. The pineapple fritters were a standout. They also have a good selection of Chinese takeaway options which we didn't try but saw lots of people getting them as well.
Sorry guys but that fish. Put it this way- we had done a 6hr hike in the bush. We were famished, aint no way we were cooking. But that fish. It got left on the plate. Not fresh. Shtanky. We donβt never leave fish on the plate.

There is fish and chip shops, and there's Girven Road Takeaways. This place is always busy with good reason, the food is inexpensive and ridiculously tasty. Have tried the chips, fish (hoki), burgers, oysters, scallops etc. It's good, well priced and delicious. Get in and enjoy
