The first time ever. We ordered a tasting paddle of 5 beers/ciders which came with a side of pretzels, all for $21. Plus it had a very unique food delivery system... a robot.
Went into Taphouse this evening and was sorely disappointed with the service our table received. We were firstly ignored by the woman behind the bar, as she was too busy laughing and chatting on the phone to serve us. We then walked to the burger place instead. When we returned, we overheard the woman say she did not care if we were to complain as she was "doing her job". We enjoyed the food and drinks, but her service was disappointing and rather off-putting. Very unprofessional on her part.
Good food delivered by cute robot waiters to your table. Menu could use a wider selection of items as mostly burgers. A little messy to eat by hand and the loaded fries werent as good as described on the menu. Nice for a casual lunch spot.
We popped in for dinner on a cold Tuesday night. We shared a chicken burger and a loaded fries w/cheese & bacon bits. The chicken burger was quite good. The patty seemed to be pan fried but quite edible. Unfortunately the loaded fries were a bit of a disappointment. It seemed to be spray cheese coupled with almost bacon floss. Wouldn't recommend at all. The only saving grace was that the burger cane with a drink from the tap of which I chose a very nice raspberry pear cider. The bar staff did impress but if u come here, order something other than the loaded fries.
Was our first time here. The staff is really helpful and friendly and the decor and feeling of the place is awesome. We had food from Eat Burger which was also amazing. I loved how patient the staff was with multiple split orders from the Taphouse and Eatburger. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for good food, good beers with good friends and great service.
